Content Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This policy describes content that is not allowed on Chatla. Prompt-based image generation requests are screened before generation through automated moderation, and enforcement can also occur after generation through automated or manual review.

Pre-generation moderation

Before creating an image from a prompt, Chatla checks the prompt against safety rules and moderation systems. Prompts that are flagged, denied, or cannot be safely reviewed may be blocked before any generation task is submitted.

Do not try to bypass moderation by disguising prohibited requests, splitting instructions, using prompt injection, or asking the system to ignore safety rules.

Disallowed content

Do not generate, upload, request, publish, or attempt to bypass filters for NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, fetish, erotic, or explicit sexual images or prompts. This includes realistic or stylized sexual content, sexualized nudity, graphic sexual acts, and content intended for sexual gratification.

Do not create or upload content involving child sexual exploitation, sexualized minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual coercion, or requests that exploit or abuse people.

Do not create content that promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity, fraud, hate, harassment, extremism, impersonation, privacy invasion, or doxxing.

Do not upload private, copyrighted, or third-party images unless you have the necessary rights and consent.

AI image editing

For image editing, your prompt must clearly describe the intended transformation and must not use reference images to impersonate, defame, sexualize, harass, or mislead people.

Attempts to bypass filters, hide prohibited requests, or force the system through prompt injection are violations even if automated moderation fails.

Public gallery

Only user-submitted records that pass review may appear in the public gallery. List images may use webp thumbnails.

Chatla may reject, remove, demote, or edit gallery metadata for safety, quality, privacy, legal, or policy reasons.
