Terms of Service

Chatla provides AI image generation, image editing, prompt assistance, credit-based usage, and public gallery features. The service may change as models, providers, and policies evolve.

First-release account access is provided through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

Credits are consumed when you submit image generation or editing tasks according to the displayed model cost. Free daily credits are promotional, may refresh daily, and may be adjusted or discontinued.

We may limit, suspend, or refuse service to protect the platform, prevent abuse, enforce content rules, or comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, and any decision to publish a work. You must have the rights and permissions needed for reference images and published content.

When you submit content to the public gallery, you grant Chatla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, promote, and use the image and prompt for operating, improving, and marketing the platform.

Published gallery submissions are not guaranteed to be removed on request, except where required by law or where Chatla decides removal is appropriate for safety, privacy, or policy reasons.

You may not use Chatla to create illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, non-consensual, or privacy-invasive content.

If you intentionally bypass filters, use prompt injection, disguise prohibited requests, upload unlawful references, or otherwise cause harmful output, you remain responsible for resulting content and consequences.

Conduct that harms users, third parties, payment systems, infrastructure, or platform operations may result in content deletion, account suspension, permanent ban, and loss of remaining credits without refund.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You should review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Chatla is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific model behavior, or that any generated result will meet your expectations.
