Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, display name, and profile avatar. We use this information only to create or secure your Chatla account and display your profile.

When you create or edit images, we may process prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, task status, model choices, credit usage, and basic technical logs needed to operate the service.

If payments are enabled, we may store order, package, credit, payment status, refund, and dispute records. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Chatla.

We use account data to authenticate you, assign credits, connect generated works to your account, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and maintain service security.

We use prompts, uploaded images, and generated images to perform the requested AI generation or editing task, show your private work history, and, only when you submit a work for publication, review and display it in the public gallery.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

Generated images and uploaded reference images may be retained for up to 3 months from the generation or upload date, after which they may be cleared from active storage.

You may request account or data deletion by emailing support@chatla.art from the email address associated with your account. We may need to retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, payment, legal, or accounting purposes.

Public gallery submissions may remain publicly visible after publication, subject to the Terms of Service and Content Policy. We may remove public content at our discretion for legal, safety, privacy, or policy reasons.

We may share data with service providers that help operate Chatla, including hosting, storage, AI model providers, payment processors, moderation services, analytics, and support tools, only as needed to provide the service.

Because Chatla is an online service, data may be processed in countries or regions different from where you live. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.
